For you to receive your order in the best conditions and as soon as we guarantee:
Preparation and express shipping
Orders placed before noon (Monday to Friday) and paid by credit card or Paypal are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after noon are shipped the next day.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday are shipped Monday.
Orders paid by check are shipped upon receipt of your check.
Items that appear to be in stock may have been sold by the time your order is received. If this happens we will notify you of the estimated delivery date.
Delivery possible to the address of your choice.
All our parcels are sent in “tracking”, you receive an email with the number of packages during shipping.
Depending on destination and weight of your order we offer the following transports:
Colissimo 48H delivery Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). The indicative delivery time is 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays). This deadline is met in the vast majority of cases. Your package will be delivered to your mailbox by the Post without signing.
Colissimo 48H Recommended delivery Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). The indicative delivery time is 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays) for metropolitan France, (5 to 8 days for DOM and International). This deadline is met in the vast majority of cases. Your package will be delivered by the Post against signature. If you are out when the postman arrives, you will find a notice in your mailbox and you can pick up the package at the post office indicated on the notice.
Max Followed delivery letter Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). The average time routing code is 1 to 3 days. Your package will be delivered to your mailbox by the Post without signing.
For France orders over £ 100 are shipped colissimo recommended 48H (transportation provided).
We manage all the files lost packages but we can not take place when The Post reports a package delivered and we recommend that you choose Colissimo recommended to validate by signing a receipt of your order.
We deliver to France, Metropolitan France and the United States, (note that Dom and Switzerland may be subject to customs duties).
French Reflexions will accept any item* back within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned unused and in perfect condition.
We check and examine all products before securely packing your order, so faults and damage in transit are very unlikely. If you do find your items are damaged please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order – please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
To return an item please email: email@example.com and we will email the returns address.
All goods returned are at the senders expense unless you have contacted us within 2 days to report a damaged/faulty item. We recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
* Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene concerns, earrings cannot be accepted back for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. And we will be happy to assist you.
When ordering goods from French Reflexions for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from French Refexions, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
If you are under 18, you may use French Reflexions only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. French Reflexions does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults.
